However, if I change the resolution within Photoshop right away, it doesn’t change back to the last setting but creates a new one.

I’ve been researching chrome plugins. I don’t want a solid backup/restore tool, but I do want some more efficient way of working with large number of files. Preferably a desktop app. I’m just not asking for much. I just want to be able to go through my files and organize them all in folders that I can always find. I want one place in which to search. I want to be able to have a quick, easy way to create a thumbnail. I want to be able to view the thumbnail in my browser without downloading a plugin. I want to check my files in and email them. I do understand that Amazon is an option for this, but it doesn’t lend itself well to documents, because a lot of them are large.
